As Headteacher, I am incredibly proud to lead a school where children are at the heart of everything we do. North West is a warm, friendly and nurturing school, where every child is known, valued and encouraged to be the very best they can be.
Established in 1945, North West has a rich history and has been at the heart of the local Jewish community for over 80 years. Whilst we are proud of our traditions and heritage, we are equally committed to preparing our children for the ever-changing world around them.
At North West, we believe that happy children are successful learners. We work hard to create a positive, caring and stimulating environment where children feel safe, confident and excited to learn. Our dedicated staff go above and beyond to ensure that every child is supported, challenged and given opportunities to flourish, both academically and personally.
We are proud to provide a high-quality secular and Jewish education, combining the National Curriculum with a strong foundation in Torah values, Jewish learning and traditions. Our children develop a love and appreciation of their Jewish heritage, a strong connection to Israel and an understanding of the importance of kindness, respect and responsibility towards others.
One of the things that makes North West so special is our strong sense of community. The relationships between our children, staff and families are at the heart of school life. We recognise that parents are a child's first educators, and we value the close partnership we have with our families. Together, we create an environment where children feel a true sense of belonging.
