DEPUTY HEADTEACHER

Group: 2, Salary scale: Pt: L08 to L12, £50,450 - £54,952

(Up to Pt14, £57,380 for an exceptional candidate)

 

 

We are an independent Voluntary Aided single form entry primary school with a Jewish Modern

Orthodox Zionist ethos.

Our Deputy Headteacher is retiring after 25 years of dedicated and outstanding service to the school.

Under the leadership of our Headteacher, Rabbi Daniel Kerbel, the school is enhancing and

developing its existing high standards.

We are looking for an outstanding Deputy who is also a role model classroom practitioner to work

in a key leadership role in our caring, successful and exciting School.

Candidates should:

• have a clear understanding of both secular and Jewish education

• be able to analyse and present assessment data for the school

• be able to oversee and ensure the clear progression throughout the delivery of our

whole-school curriculum

• have excellent teaching experience and ability with emphasis upon assessment and positive

behaviour management

• have strong management, leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills.
